PSA announcements have always been the “Debbie Downer” of my television time. Remember those NBC “The More You Know” PSA campaign…snorefest! Well PSA producers are starting to get the message and have gone to different means to grab your attention. Here’s one from Belgium that is a perfect example of spreading awareness with comedy.
